We have changed our business model to be more accepting of the trends and now are better equipped to handle both Agent and Seller needs.

We Service Southwest Missouri through the Greater Springfield Board of REALTORS, we are a FULL service Brokerage that offers it's Agents the ability to negotiate their own fees with clients. This practice is unusual in this market as most of the Brokers set the fees the Agents charge.

We offer clients a wide range of listing options that does include FLAT FEE MLS, and other listing options.
